When school, teachers, parent or student uses EduPage Services – they trust us with their data and this requires us to process those data. We take the issue of security and privacy protection particularly seriously.
This document was created to help you understand how we protect your privacy, what personal information we collect, how we do it, and how we use it.
EduPage processes three types of data:
1.A EduPage process information inputted by the school administration, teachers, students or parents. We do not use personal data entrusted to EduPage for processing by schools for purposes other than the processes related to school activities. We do not use personal data entrusted to us by schools for marketing purposes or share it with 3rd parties.

1.B.1 Logfiles: EduPage collects information about the usage of EduPage service. This information is collected for the purpose of improving performance and security of the system. We share this information with police upon requests.
1.B.2 Cookies and similar technologies: We save data in cookie files for functional purposes. e.g user interface settings for the current session. We store cookies for the purposes of keeping the logged in user session, e.g. we store data related to the authorization session ID in them.
EduPage is not using thrid party cookies, is not using any marketing or tracking cookies.
1.C Information you share
EduPage is not sharing any data with 3rd parties. However - many of EduPage services let you share information with others. For example teacher can send message to student. This infomation will naturaly be visible to the student.
We do not process personal data of EU schools outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
